The Brief

Photographing for Gary at his roastery and coffee shop ‘Crema the Crop’ in Axminster, Devon, capturing the process of his craft and the general atmosphere of his unit where clients can enjoy a choice of different coffees while he gets their order ready.

I wanted to capture his personality too in the images as he is such a friendly character and passionate about all things coffee. No wonder he has so many customers including River Cottage in Devon.

The Results

Getting very natural and documentary photos while he carried on with his work to show the true nature of his trade.
