Photographing Grand Designs on Set with Channel 4

The Brief

I was contacted by Channel 4 in 2022 and asked to document the Grand Designs TV series while filming an episode in South Somerset, not far from my home in East Devon. Grand Designs is known throughout the UK for showcasing incredible homes and the journey it took to build them, with resident TV presenter Kevin McCloud leading the charge.

Delivery

While the film crew were shooting the episode, I documented the day from start to finish, including property photography of the incredible home and gardens, as well as photographs of Kevin interviewing the couple and the film crew in action, and lifestyle photography of the couple and their beautiful home.
